Shot in the Dark is a Yukon-based communications and media production company that tells stories and explores issues and ideas that matter to people who live in Canada’s North.
Kelly grew up in the Yukon and started her career as a journalist, but ended up pursuing a Master's degree in Resource Management. From there, she got lost in the wilderness of land claims implementation and wildlife co-management. After 15 years of writing briefing notes and project reports, Kelly found her way back to her storytelling roots. She started Shot in the Dark in 2015 in an attempt to bring her two worlds together and has been having fun with it ever since.
